Sneaky Pickups heading into 2018

When it comes to winning ANY Fantasy Title, you need to be ahead of the curve, and always 2 steps in front of your opponents. With Fantasy Basketball, it’s no different! Here are some sneaky pickups you should nab if these players are still available:

Mike Conley – He should be back in January, and is a top 15 PG when healthy. His problem is staying healthy, so you need to be patient here.

Isaiah Thomas – After a breakout year, we have all been patiently waiting to see what he can do with Lebron and the Cavs. That time is getting near, so grab him now if you can.

Bismack Biyombo – With Vucevic going down for the next 6-8 weeks, Biyombo could be a nice fill in player, especially in the weak Center position.

Ish Smith – With Reggie Jackson going down for the next month or so, Smith takes over as the top PG on a team that needs offensive help. He did a good job filling in last year, and could be a nice plugin over the next few weeks.

Rudy Gobert – Gobert was injured earlier in December and was expected to miss 4 weeks. He is due back in early January, and event though he was having a mediocre season so far, I think he can have a huge 2nd half.

D’Angelo Russell – He was having a breakout, All Star Caliber season before getting injured, and he should be back at some point in January. Snag him now, and hope he continues to be the focal point of the Nets offense.

Austin Rivers – With so many injuries to the Clippers, someone needs to step it up in scoring, and Rivers has done just that. He will continue to see lots of minutes, since it helps having your Pops as the coach.
